We were assembled, slowly, from the senior ranks of Manhattan's largest brokerages. Each partner brought a specialty — prewar cooperatives, new development, downtown lofts, townhouses, investment, rentals — and a roster of clients who had followed them across firms.

The firm exists to keep that consistency. We do not chase listings; we choose them. We represent fewer residences than any of our peers, and we are present at every showing.

Our standard is editorial. Every property is photographed by an architectural team, described in long form, and presented to a shortlist of qualified buyers before it sees the open market.
